Collage Tree Care is the latest and most comprehensive iteration of a long chain of environmental thinking and conservation. And it all begins with owner Connor Ross. Dating back to cub scouts, Connor was immersed in natural settings up to college which cultivated a deep seated care for such places. As it was his turn to enter the adult working world, he set his aims at public lands and joined a conservation corps. From there he would work numerous seasons with State and National Parks along with time served in the Forest Service. As his ideas of what the environment needed matured, so did his direction. So in 2014 he went to work for his first tree company in the SF Bay Area. Within a year he was not only climbing 100 ft cypress trees, but also running a 5 person crew along with bidding out jobs. Quickly developing a passion for Aboriculture, he would move to the land of trees, our beautiful Portland, OR. Here he has worked in many different capacities aiding the city’s green spaces; working for other tree companies and even leading Forest Park’s trail crews. Now, Collage Tree Care is his focus, and we are excited to offer top notch and ethical tree services to our neighbors. With Connor on every job he bids personally, the quality and specificity of the work is only paralleled by affordability.
